about my blog

I am a Punjabi girl from Delhi and I started this blog as a scrap book to collect ideas and inspirations for my own wedding!!! A wedding in India (especially a punjabi wedding) can be a long drawn expensive affair that needs careful planning since a lot many customs are involved. I started this blog to help document my thoughts and ideas for my own wedding just so nothing is rushed and is exactly as I wanted it to be..a ceremony that does not burn a hole in my parents' or my pocket and still does not compromise on aesthetics. Is that very hard? That is what I want to find out here:).

I have now been married for over 3 years to the love of my life...he is a Marwari from Guwahati, Assam! I sometimes write about our punjabi marwari jugalbandi here as well :)
